• DCV is an advanced design which gives full flow and occupies very less space as compared to other types if Non return valves.
• It is also available with IBR approval certificate Form IIIC.
• Spring loaded disc to prevent reverse flow in pipes.
• Stronger, lighter and smaller than conventional swing check valves, hence less expensive to install and maintain.
• Compact design flexibly accommodates various types of flange selection as per table.
• The valves can be fitted in any plant / direction in pipe lines. Universal Mounted.
• Sizes available from 15mm to 300mm.
• Various end connection types like Wafer / Screwed / Tri - clover / socket weld.
• Low cracking pressure starting from 0.5 to 1.0 bar.
• Self-centring type design ensures fool proof disc closure.
• Micro finished and lapped disc and seat for leak proof seating in metal to metal design.
